Default Baseline dyno numbers with chart- Friend's 94 DX

Just got back from Innovative Tuning (a locaol Dyno in WNY), putting down some baseline numbers on a friend's 94 DX (my old car). Put down better numbers than I expected. I actually lost ten bucks to him in a bet it wouldn't break out of double digits.

Mods include: AEM short ram, DC Sports header, Hi-flow cat from egay, and 2.5" Bosal catback.

Plans: DSM T-25, 2g fm-smic, 2.25" charge piping, silicon couplers, Stealthmode oil lines kit, DSM 450's, running uberdata. I'm doing his install (my first, should be interesting) probably 2 weeks from now. Just waiting on a few gaskets.

let me install 3 parts, and you'll see a 20 whp increase.

AEM CAI, Z6 intake, CRX Si cam. The Z6 intake and CRX Si are cheap and easy, will work great with the turbo!

Nice baseline!

He has a CAI for it that came with the car when I sold it to him. Living in WNY he removed it and installed the stocker after almost hydrolocking the engine in a heavy rain storm. The short ram was just a quick swap out for the dyno numbers. Its actually half of a 2 piece CAI with the part that goes into the fenderwell removed. I was always of the belief that the CAI was a load of BS anyway. Correct me if I am wrong but I think the gains are in the filter element.

It was kinda cool seeing my old car is still running strong. I bought it in like 2003. I put all the work in to it really, and then this happened.

Gotta love icicles in WNY.

I replaced the rad support, hood, front bumper, headlights and corners. Added the DC sports header that I got with a crx I bought for $100 (which also included a Full GReddy exhaust).

sold it to him last year, he bought it how it sits today (besides the custom frame bending he did with a sign post after hopping a curb). Its cool to see that it made 100+ HP.
