Dos 650cfm Carbs=1300cfm? 1300cfm > 650cfm Mustang? I think a pair of 650's can outflow a single one, and if you are making 200hp on your Mustang, maybe you need to get a smaller carb..

Got a few friends with blown sbc, they can be lame to insane. If it is just a weiand or or bds from summit sitting on a stock 350 more than likely it would be lucky to run 11's. From the looks of the pully the blower is being under driven quite a bit also.
Now if it is on a built bottom, good heads and a preps blowers with teflon strips and stuff it could be very fast. But I doubt it. From the way it sits looks a lot like a poser. You see a lot of nice looking, slow cars at car shows/cruises.
