I believe the law is don't get caught.

I had a friend in TX a couple years back, he would send me El Paso's finest microbrews and I would send him Highland Brewing's latest selection and the handful of Green Man Ales that were worth a ---- (a third of their offerings were legendary, the rest were mediochre to disgusting). 1) BAC has been ripping off people left and right.
