I believe the law is don't get caught.

I had a friend in TX a couple years back, he would send me El Paso's finest microbrews and I would send him Highland Brewing's latest selection and the handful of Green Man Ales that were worth a ---- (a third of their offerings were legendary, the rest were mediochre to disgusting). A few years ago I bought a turbo from an hmt member through ebay and never received it. I lost around 300 bucks on that deal. I know what it's like so I chipped in 3 bucks so bgdriver can enjoy a beer.
