Default B20

Im workin on my buddys B20 'rex (its our ghetto car) --the kid who owns it has no idea what he has...anyways, Im drivin it over the wekend, and when I hit 4K RPM's its like it cuts out for like 200 RPMS then it kicks back in like nothing happened.
The gas was like on 1/8 tank, I filled it up($20 to fill a honda is insane) and it started doing it at 3K! WTF! Its a JDM B20B, with LS intake M, tranny, ECU. We just tuned the hell out of it to...

What throw a set of vise grips on the return line and call it a day? The B20 fuel map is quite different than a stock LS one. But I'm sure after you "fattin'd" yours up, you put on a wideband o2 and checked everything right
