IF SO GIMME SOME TIPS, I MIGHT END UP IN JAIL FOR SOME ---- I DIDNT DO. WAHT SHOULD I LOOK OUT FOR, WHAT CAN I MAKE A SHANK OUT of. and to you bastards that hate me, maybe i'll end up in jail so youdont gotta deal with me, until then stay out of my post, thanks.

i spent 4 days in oakland city jail, im not gonna give any details about why or how, but if youve been to jail or prison before or are a felon, tell me how it has changed you, and how you delt with being in jail/prison, and how long you spent in jail.

Scott what I would do is find someone that can vouche for you. Someone to say that you were with them at the time of the incident. The more the people the better. But you gotta make sure ALL of you have your story straight. If they got prints on you your are fucked.

I've nocked out a few months bids before.
I can tell you one thing. Just find some cool people and start making friends. IT's really not all THAT bad. I mean if you get sent to a prisino instead of a county jail then you better man the ---- up. But you need to have at least a 5 flat bid in front of you to even think about going ot prision. Well thats how it is in jersey anyway.

And yeah dont drop the soap and try to find someone or group to allign yourself with. Hope you dont go there I hate for that to happen. I almost went to prison 3 years ago for some bullshit.

I wouldn't know, but I was just in a very similar situation. Some ---- got busted and pinned the entire ---- on me. I'm talking staties rollin 6 deep with search warrants to my place. They had me on felonies and conspiracy, but I got my ex to vouch for me. dodged that one by a ---- hair. I'd try to find someone to collaborate your story if you really didn't do it. I got the dude that set me up sent up for a couple extra years on top of the three he got for other ----.

a dude i kno went to country for 10 days cuz he didnt wanna pay to get outta a dui, he said learn to play cards, cuz inmates bet food when they play cards, then you cn have alot of food....i dunno, hes fucked up, but hey just tell em to use vasoline...

find some people to group with, and beat someone up asap. just make sure the guy you beat up isn't in a gang with others.

well, get oranges, and a few pop bottles. put the orange peels in the bottles, and i mean lots, and you'll have some home brew alchohol. also, depending on your cell block, if one of your buddies gets dogged and there's blood, your block has to clean it. dont mouth of other guys, and if u can, sleep all day, and stay up all night. your best bet would be to find the biggest guy and be friends with him, that way you wont get raped.

Damn sry to hear. U should do your best to clear your name. If u do end up in prison dont be a bitch. Some ppl will try to test u, so toughen up and dont let them push u around. And getting down w/ a crew/gang isnt going to always help u. Dont trust anybody i dont care if they lived next door to your house 5 years ago. Keep to yourself and dont run your damn mouth off like u do up in here in there. Think about some kind of schooling they got in there to keep your mind busy.

I personally have only served one night in jail when I got picked up for DWI, really only about 10 hours.

My father, on the other hand, served 26 months in a min/max facility in GA. Felony possesion with intent to distribute, and conspiracy. When ever he talks about it, he says it's not as bad as everyone makes it out to be. Given he was on the minimum security side, so this may not relate to a maximum security prison if that's where you are headed.

Just keep to yourself. Make friends, and avoid making enemies. Don't bother anyone that doesnt bother you. Pretty much 9/10 guys are there just wanting to do their time and get out. But if someone does make it a point to start trouble with you, sit him down quick.

Avoid the hole (especially is severe climate weather). From what he told me the hole isn't climate controlled, and it's a lot like a microwave in the summer, and a freezer in the winter.

Use it as time to reflect on your mistakes, and prepare for your release. Its much harder to get a job when you have to check the felony box on a job application.

my step brother just went to prison. he was in county for like 9 months. he said county wasnt all that bad but then again he is a big guy and he was really into gangs. he said all he did was workout and bide his time. oh yeah and he turned into an enormous jesus freak which was really ------ annoying. all i can say is have fun, workout as much as possible and dont piss anyone off. oh yeah i was also told that it was alot like that movie american history x where the guy gets raped and the guards just close the door and let them do there thing. :-*
