i am looking to make the move from boston to VA witihng rthe next two months. reantal for a uhaul and trailer would run me about $1500. so i started looking at cheap box trucks. found a nive international grumman step van for $650. guy won it in a coult battle and is the legal lein holder. but does not have a title. if we give me a copy of the court papers and a notorized bill of sale can i register in VA? need something to haul all my stuff and a car trailer.

 

VA will retitle it but it may take weeks or months for it to go through. My bro-in-law bought a VW bug from an old guy 8 years ago and the old guy held onto it in his garage. Well he died and my bro-in-law got the car, told DMV what happened, and a few weeks later got a new title.
