Anyone else hate HP?
 

They have now had my computer for over 3 months. WTF is wrong with these people. It would not be such a big deal if I was just using the thing to look at porn and surf the web, but I use it look at porn, surf the web, and tune cars. Their lack luster performance in customer repairs is getting into my wallet and Im tired of dicking with these people.

At which point should I just demand a new computer?

theve sent a tech to my door with a new mother board ect since i had important info on my harddrive for school next day after I opened a claim

They gave me an ETA of the 18th. If its not here by then Im going to demand a new one.

Hopefully I can get Calvin to hook me back up as soon as I get it. I have three cars lined up for this weekend, Im excited to see the new updates, I havent downloaded an update in a while.

I build desktops, but my laptop is an hp and has never let me down. I couldn't be happier with it. Although I did custom order it online so its got everything i wanted.. it has yet to misbehave. Plus its one of the better looking brands.
