Tell your friend to learn how to drive. He's doing something wrong if he went through 3 clutches in 4 months unless he's running 400whp on stock clutch disks. :1

Also, what did you expect to happen with your ground kit? It's not going to give you any sort of huge horsepower gain.

yeah i figured it wouldn't give me any horsepower. but i did kinda expect maybe brighter lights or a better idle. oh well i didn't pay for it so its whatever

oh and he doesn't have a lot of hp either, a d15 with intake and a "muffler shop special" exhaust. its slammed on egay coilovers made for a 95 eclipse so whatever the clutch problem is i don't know. i drove the car after i put the clutch in and it seemed fine, then about a month later it was fried. i made sure he let it break in too before he got on it really hard or anything like that, and he does know how to drive a stick (the first clutch was gone really quick)

what do you mean not going into the right gear. ive never heard of that before. you mean like you put it in first but really its in third? i don't think that could be it cuz i just put a new tranny on with that clutch and its no different. the first tranny he fucked by not filling it up and it wouldn't go in first third or fourth. this is his first import and im trying to not let him ---- it up
