It's a Z6. Not some '00 C5 with like like 20k original miles on it. I gotten pulled over and never got asked to pop my hold even when I got a ticket for a illegal exhaust and speeding ticket. They could ------- care less. You live in Green Bay...not some huge car theft prone city.

i know someone that got nailed at the street races, they tore his whole car up. they never ran the VIN or serial number on the block/tranny...
honestly i dont see it happening. for one im pretty sure they need a warrant, two...well goes back to one, they would need a specific car that was stolen and your name/car to come up. especially on a non-VIN motor...
i would be afraid to do something like that... call the police and tell them you are in possession of stolen property so they can send a couple dept your way to help you out lol

and if you just ask because you're thinking about buying the item, you aren't going to bring any attention to yourself...
---- it, give me the vin, and i'll call. i did it for a couple of kids on NWSR because they were scared too.

I live in a hick town like 30 mins away from green bay, its not like I'm staying here my whole life, I will prolly end up moving south when school is done and I've heard the cops are ********* about it on the east coast. I know its no crazy huge demand motor but a stolen motor is illegal weather its from a z06 or a pinto. I just want to know. I'll call the stealership on monday, thanks for the replies.
