I guess UPS beat up his pipes something nasty, so he was already upset. Right now its taking us about 3-4 business days to ship *anything* due to our insane order volumes - last month we shipped 3,216 bends!! As for his order - we are replacing the damaged pipes at no charge to him. UPS sucks sometimes for sure, but atleast it gets there. Thanks for props guys, I'm just dumping money at machinery right now trying to automate as much as possible to help maintain our stock levels.

I got my bends very quickly and they have t dent on the ends of the 90's but I could care less for the price.
