I got websense at school and school issued laptops. All I did was install my own XP as second boot and ---- school. 2 computers in one. Still can't look at pics/videos at school, but can access any forum including this.

Just use proxies to bypass that ---- and view anything you like. Most likely 99% of proxies are blocked also, though.
