The gym works for me too, but I overtrain easily then I have to stop working out for a few weeks and get super moody when my hormone levels shift.

Its not one person, I would would be able to fix that. Its just everything, too many people expect too much from me. As for the gym I'm sure most of you know I overtrained for three and a half years and ran my body into the ground. I bet I couldn't go back for a week without cranking again.

I know exactly how you feel.

I have a solution for you.

Cruise in that big diesel of yours late on weekend nights. Look for obviously drunk drivers and follow them. Wait until you are traversing an unpopulated stretch of road and then ram them into a ditch.

Always makes me feel better. :)

Take a holiday, do something different. You need to escape your daily life, if only for a few days somewhere warm. Where girls with nice titties come serve you drinks. I get like that sometimes. Escapism is the answer.

I want to let go, snap and kill people every day....then i think of the consequences and grit my teeth into dust, mumbling to myself and rolling my turds into crayons while rocking back and forth.

Take a vacation. Not to visit friends or family. Go to mexico or somewhere you can go and just forget about everything ..........
