any one fell like your going to snap and kill people?
Seriously, ---- builds up and builds up to the point you cant handle it anymore and you acually fell like your cup is going to run over? I'm not talking about somebody pissing you off and you kick the ---- out of him and everything is good, I'm talking about years of just a little more then you can handle.

ya thats what cars, guns, fire, and explosives are for. if someones bothering you, you need to either take action in making there life worse, or take your mind off it by taking your car out and beatin the ---- out of it. or destroy something. but i always like to humor myself and picture what it would be like to snap one day, and how it would end up lol. like mr t said, working out always seems to work or at least get you motivated to work out even harder.
