I'm evidently a weak girlie man because I popped the one that comes off the motor with a pry bar, installing the new one, and god damnit I just can't get it on. Any tricks?

ProTip: If Bone's methodology does not work, google "master spline". Or just look at it, yeah yeah I know that's a lot of work.

We aren't on the same page, but that's fine. I resolved the issue. I had to do things a little backwards from how I thought it should be assembled.

This thread has/had nothing to do with transmissions.
