how much do they weigh ? anyone ever ship a pair

 

I don't know specifically about Del sol seats, but I just had both seats out of my CRX recently. I'd say they weight about 25-30 lbs a piece. Are you shipping or receiving some? If you're shipping, just weigh one with a bathroom scale. Step on it and get your weight, then step on it holding the seat and subtract the difference then multiply by 2.

 

Basic math wins again. Simply and easily put!

Yeah i just had my sol seats out and I would say that they weigh about 30lbs each. If you are shipping these though i think they try and charge extra because of the size of the box.

I've never shipped any, but a friend of mine just had some aftermarket seats sent to him and the shipping was like $70 or $80. Go to the ups website it will help you. You can enter the dimensions of the box, the weight (total for both boxes), and the zip where they are going and it will shoot you a price for all of there available methods of shipping. Out of curiosity I looked it up for you. Using worse case scenario of coast to coast shipping. From my house (SC) to LA, Cali. One big box that holds both seats at a total of 70lbs was $118 for regular ground shipping through UPS.
