Refer to Doc's post on Pic hosting. It's almost exactly the same, except you need a shitload of bandwidth and you have to use the [url] tag to link to it since there is no inline video tags with this version of YABB.
If you have a broadband connection, you could just setup an FTP server and host it on your computer. The downside being you'd have to leave your computer on all the time and have the necessary bandwidth to support many connections which most Cable/DSL providers limit. This is the key reason most people host vids on dedicated T1+ lines.
