The credit card company issued him a "conditional credit" meaning that he must continue with the investigation until it is closed in his favor to actually keep the money.

The credit card company is going to ask him for proof that he sent the package back to you. If he can't provide that, they will reverse the conditional credit and he will be fucked.

Yeah he keeps saying he sent it and demands his money. It took him another week to actually provide a tracking number for me (The package was there, I was just playing dumb since he fucked it up). It show where a guy at the front office signed for it. Again I played dumb and asked him about it and he said they get so many packages especially for that apt (Jorsher) that he wouldn't remember any certain one.

So my whole argument with him is that I never got it and he should have sent it signature confirmation from the recipient. I told him I refuse to give a refund on something I have not got back.

I don't know. I'm thinking to mod it, but then they banned a ---- ton of modded xboxs. For all I know this thing is bricked.
