So how much are you getting back and what are you going to blow it on?

Im only getting back $2k this year.I say only because I took a $60k loss on the buisness but I have credit towars next year 8).
We're using it to buy the wood floor(real wood) for the downstairs level of our house.

i only got like 180 back.. but only worked like 5 months for that year.. i wish i new i could have written off my union dues, i found out the day after :(

You can throw them in on next years return.

Rawr,I had to do the restaurant taxes before I could do mine.I didnt know that so it took me 2 months to get all the reciets from the restaurant sorted out so I could file my loss.

yeah, business taxes suck. I had to file for a C corporation this year. The packet i got from the state was about an inch thick :l but i didint do any business. So, it was just a lot of 0's to write down. sorry for being an ass :P

I got 900 back. and about 6k in grants 13k tottal from fafsa with grants/loans/federal work study. and tuition is only 6000 a year :)

well i got back 18 from the state and own the government 15 so i made 3 bucks! i'm pissed, i worked all year and my friends are gettin checks for 600 700 1,000 i'm like wtf

I owe the state nothing, but I owe the fed like $100 from interest income. ::) I didn't even have an official job this whole fiscal year. :S

CRX2FAST send in an amendment for your taxes and include your union dues. I got back a whopping $290, that money lasted about 2 days on spring break in Daytona beach.

got 740 back from federal and like 90back from state. i live on my own as of about 7 1/2 months ago, so its going to bills.

BAck in February, I got back $800. Thats long gone. I also got a $1900 check from school :6 Also, long gone. I have no idea where that ------- money went. ???

I stopped filing taxes 4 years ago when they said I owe $1500. :l I can't wait til that catches up with me. :-\ They haven't sent any letters in about a year so I think I'm in the clear. ;D How long can they go back on back taxes? ???
