You've set six months worth of precedent in putting up with his faggot ----. Tell him simply he's a fucktard, and to keep his faggot hands off the radio because YOU have seniority not him. Tell him to shut the ---- up and don't piss you off otherwise you'll scam him.

I have a similar story to yours, with a much better outcome

When i was about 19 i used to ride to school with this fat stinky guy, we called him stinky, he reminds me of the guy you described in nearly ever aspect. Well we would take turns driving to school, and one day when it was his turn to drive to school he crashed into the car infront of him. I proceeded to become 'injured' and I sued him and became rich, end of story.
