annoying co worker probs
he meets at my house every morning and rides with me to work.. It's a real ------- chore to keep this guy happy at the jobsites, he's made my job ------- miserable because he complains and bitches about everything, he's 29 and lives with his dad.. never owned/rented a house or apt., still a virgin, no g/f, obviously has mental probs, he's overweight and chews, told me he smokes pot on occasion.. me and him are complete opposites.. like night and day. I try like made to make things right because i'm trying to make a paycheck and a living, and i hate jobsite drama. this morning the fat ---- had his finger all up his nose digging for the 10minute drive out to my bosses place, he literally throws a fit if I dont turn the radio station on these 2 comedian guys that have a radio show every morning which he turns the volume up all the way so the bass of these 2 fuckers voices gives me a headache for the day.. then he didn't have any deoderant on so he stank like ass.. and he farts and ---- all day which smells like rotten eggs.. He complained today about having to go work 30 mins away on monday.. because he didn't wanna get up earlier, so I kindly told him "dont go then" and he threw a pissy fit. i"m not the guy to get someone fired but should I file a formal complaint to the boss or what should I do about this waste of life?

Don't ride him to ------ work then!. I never did. when I was 18 I actually quit a job that I had been at for three years "I was home schooled for highschool and I started working when I was 15." It was for a brick layer and He always had me pick up his crack head pot smoken loser workers. I got tired of them trashing the interior of my car and non of them gave me gas money. and I had to like you said get up early to go pick them up.
If your giving this turd rides to work you should be his dad. Nigga wouldn't touch my ------- radio certaintly would be picking his nose in my car. If they give you annoying conversation it's time for Minoir Threat loud. Grow a pair be his dad. |

Sounds like he's dead wieght. Better to get rid of him sooner the later. Bad additudes ruin productivity especially in construction. It may be good for him to get fired might send him in a direction to do what he likes or man up and learn to be happy at work.

Talk to him about it, we can't do anything. Just tell him when he does something that bothers you and if he gives you ---- stop giving him rides.

watch out what you say to a person with mental problems that knows where you live. Find a way to let him hang himself without it looking like you were involved.
