But legal immigrants are cool with me, I have absolutely no problem with mexicans, hispanics, whatever. Some of my best friends are mexicans. I just can't stand these people illegally coming into our country, and I'm sure thats how a lot of people feel.

there just tryin to eat. i cant realy blame them i wouldent want to live in mexico either. but they do ---- us over. we used to make allot more roofing houses but now they finish houses in like half of a day (its not because they work harder either) its because they have littlery 20 people on one house to our 5 man crews that finish the job in one day. but we seirously cant afford to pay 20 people to do 2 houses in a day. unless they wanted like 5 an hour. expecialy since we make less on the house now. some weeks we come out in the negitive after payout.

I found it funny.

FYI: part of the process of being a legal immigrant is you gotta live in the US for X amount of years (as an illegal).
Also, this may not apply for many years to come but "all great nations" doesnt last forever. There will be a day when Americans be trying to sneak into another country.. maybe CANADA HAAHAH

when youre trying to get citizenship, youre not considered ILLEGAL, you go through a process. but when they go through a citizenship process, youre not considered ILLEGAL, there has to be a term or word for it, i just can put my hand on it at the moment

as far as I know, there's Illegal Alien/Immigrant, Legal Immigrant/Alien, then there's US Citizen status.
then maybe there's Visas, like a permit for work or school and whatnot.

Last time I checked Americans do own the country, after all we do pay taxes ::) Surely not the ILLEGAL immigrants who come here by being a burden by making us divulge money to border patrol where it is surely needed in other places and using our social resources. I'm all for people coming here and trying to work their way up the economic ladder and actually contributing to the country but enter the country through right process. After all America was founded by people of different ethnic backgrounds who wanted to work hard and actually get somewhere in life. As a country we have a hard enough time taking care of our own citizens much less people who are illegally.

Oh yes, every person of European descent owned slaves whenever America was founded. Only the rich plantation owners had slaves, actually slaves were not used that much whenever the colonies were founded. Rather people who came here from Europe worked as indentured servants to pay for their way to America. So basically they were slaves until they worked their debt off. Most people were rather poor and just tried to survive. Later on slaves started to bocome used more and more because slave trade was lucrative for the companies in Africa and because of the plantation owners. And the argument that that Europeans stole America from the natives is lame and repetitive. People conquering and taking lands has happened throughout history. Why bitch about one whenever you could bitch about several thousand of incidents.

ok so picture this.. its the 1800's and some italian/irish/polish family.. hey maybe even some of your lineage were to come here in search of something better.. willing to work like dogs to get it.. and the eventually did and made a nice living doing so, thats all these people are trying to do.. initially we are pressed with the economic burden of a person hard on their luck but eventually they establish citizenship and find suitable work and they contribute just as my father did when he came here from another country and more personally to you guys, your lineage did. but its ok to do it to some mexicans because as you guys falsely believe "they are dirty" or "they are less then you".
