Hot ---- man. You can get a decent amount of house for the money. I go to school in Morris, MN so I know how ---- property values can help you if you wanna live in the middle of nowhere.

in maryland that would be 700k but come with at least 3 slaves. and plant some damn trees around the thing, it looks like your metal house is the only thing that survived an apocalypse
