My dad pretty much owns you bought his first Vette when he turned 16 paid cash and he got them brand new.





And blow me. 427cid 437rwhp with 150hp shot nitrous (587rwhp) , 3x2 barrels, TH400, 12 rear 4.11:1, 10 sec ET 1/4 mile. Motor was from a vette

here is a sweet update today.

i came in with the money and the owner said they werent going to honor the deal because be didn't want to lose the money. I told him he can't renig on the deal his salesman made and he said go ahead and get a lawyer.

what a joke...

where were you getting this car from? a dealership of some sort?

once a price is set, you cant really go back on what they told you, unless it was never in writing. that sux man.

it was a dealership... i should've got it in writing. the kbb is 23k

What the hell is up with that?

They can't do that can they? Once they agreed on the deal it was legally binding, doesn't matter if it was verbal or written, verbal contracts can be enforced just as easily as written.

You had a "meeting of the minds" when it came to this contract, any judge would rule in your favor. The dealership is banking on you not calling them out on this and not getting a lawyer.

It seriously might be worth your time (and money) to get a lawyer. I bet all you would have to do is have a lawyer write them a letter threatening a civil suit and they would give in.

that might be true, i really dont have the time or money to do it and thats what they're betting on.

if that ****** just had had current tabs i would've drove it home last night.

this is fucked up. now i have to find another car
