I took it to 8500 a couple times today, it really wheeze's out at 7800, maybe less? I think I should of went with a bigger delta cam. This poor engine only has like 15 miles on it and I dont think I've ever drove a engine so hard, haha.

My intention was to use that engine, but in all honesty its way overkill and I'll end up using a stock engine for that class.

Uh well no ----, if I wanted to put a b16a in my car I would, I have tons of b-series ---- in my garage along with a fully built ls/vtec. The point of this build was to see if spening 4-500 bucks on a D and doing all the porting will make 35-40whp.

you can make 120whp on a well built H4 motor jeff, the rules for whatever class you plan on racing will probably be similar. and that is just a blueprinted, balanced, port matched, .40 overbore A6
