Default Air tools help

I wanna get a set of air tools for me to use at home. I don't have a big garage for a huge tank so I want something small and mobile, pep-boys has a compressor for 100 that flows 4.2 cfm at 90psi. Is this enough for most air tools?
They also have one for 140 that's like 5.? at 90psi.
I've been looking at various places for tools and some have scfm instead of cfm, is there any difference?
Any opinions on what to get? I've seen a few compressors on harborfreight.com that looked like theyd work for me too.

Most high speed tools like, cut off tool, high speed sander, DA sander and die grinder's use 5-8 cfm at 90psi. Find out what tools you want to use check what their consumption of air is and go from there. I use all the above tools and more so I have a 16.3 cfm with a 60 gallon tank.
