anyway i think the psi reaction time for the cap to pup out will be too long anyway

what are you talking about? it would leak past a certain psi, kind of like a wastegate, it wouldn't have to sit there and think about it before it did it, unless it's been drinking, i don't think you would have to worry about reaction time
