situation:
Person A purchases vehicle from person B.
Person B is a private individual.
Person A finds out after the sale that the vehicle purchased has been wrecked
Person B did not disclose that the vehicle was wrecked but knew about it
Advice requested:
Sue? Make the ******, er person B give money to person A to disapate costs to repair? Person A give vehicle back to person B, money returned?
Is person A fucked?
This is in NC, incase this helps.

person a should have done their homework. Did person A ask if the car had been wrecked, did person a get a carfax, does the bill of sale say car sold as is, does the bill of sale say I sell you one car that has never been in an accident.

Long story short, I bought a car 2 weeks ago, found out over the weekend it bas been wrecked. The front cross member thingy is cracked and its being held together by a piece of wood.
