Playing this game repeatedly has led me to believe that it has a lot do to with how fast your hardware is. The fastest I can get anything across the map on my laptop is 25 seconds without coconuts. There's no way I can get anything to go faster and I honestly think it's because the laptop lacks the processing power that the game demands to get a 100%.

Totally. At school the computers in my senior design lab allow a 12-13 second cart. Up here in the CAD lab the fastest i can get is 22 seconds.
