I used MR gasket shadow series fittings in the pushlock so they are barbed style and use the cheap regular hose not baller SS line.I took the fittings out of the back of the block and drilled them out 5/8 then welded on two aeroquip steel -12 bungs,the valve cover got two mr gasket -12 alum weld bungs i picked a spot and drilled the valve cover then from there you need a can with 4 -12 fittings and grab some hose and fittings to work with your hose routing.I bought a dry sump oil can off ebay and we cut it down a bit as it was huge and it holds roughly a litre maybe two more then enough.It is overkill for a stock motor but i didnt want to do it once then do it all gain bigger for a built motor etc.


In depth, nice. Reason I ask is I may do that to my oil return. I already have (it's called a nipple so my Dad says) couples which are 5/8 NPT and I wanted to do what you did with the whole hose inside the nut and like screw it over the fitting. Where did you buy those from?

EDIT: Haha, it's either that or I'm sliding 3/4" hose over it and clamping it down tiiiiiiiiight. O0

No but it made getting the wastegate in and out easier we were ------- with springs for a while trying ot get the boost dialed in and it was in and out like 6-7 times as 14-20psi was cool for a bit >:D I am kinda savage i just hack the car to fit the parts I dont really care its just a Honda :PIf you seen what i did to my last project car when i was done you would understand.

yeah but the viable intercooler gives that big ass hole in the bumper a purpose... painting it black does what? makes it "sleeper"? LMFAO there is gonna be a big ass hole there either way... i prefer to see the intercooler cuz that looks to be what the idea was...if the sleeper look was wanted the bumper wouldnt have been cut at all...

I usually cut my bumpers because the IC never fit without cutting.
