i asked not to flame, ive never seen the engine, ive only drove past and looked at the car, i called and the kid said its carburated, im not even 100% sure its a 89, its just what he said that i was going by

in Germany I've seen plenty of 92- 95 civic with carbs.

hey kids it may have weber carb sidedrafts. The same old school tech that has made all motor and boosted cars rip for god knows how many years
