well, i doubt there is any factory engine that can handle 1300 hp, but there are some. but it all depends on your definition of "reliably" but who cares about reliability, if it was reliable all the time and never broke down, we would fix it up till it did break down, thats how we work. you cant have a reliable car and be satisfied with it because you'll be sitting around drinkin beer and watching tv, a car that breaks every now and then gives you something to do.

sbc with dart block + one big turbo or two big turbos = 1300hp realiable.
but dart blocks are expensive and they're definatly not factory :-p
this is what it takes to make 1000hp realiable. at least in a small block. the lowish boost pressure makes this engine realible. but im sure it'd make a ton more power at like we'll say 32psi (which it takes a poopra to make 1000hp)

then if the car is brooken down and youre broke, get a job, make some money, and fix it, its all a part of life, if you had a car that was 100% reliable, you would try to make it faster and therefore being unreliable, and if you had a car that was already reliable and fast you would still try and make it faster, thus more unreliable, bottom line is, buy a beater car so you can have your super ------ crazy *** unreliable racecar for when you wanna have fun. nuff said.

Dont waste the time in a single conversion unless your going for huge *** numbers. First thing I'd do is punch the cat's and get a nice 3in duel exhaust system on there. Then crank the boost up to around 15-17ish. Easy reliable running mid 12's.
Vg30's are solid engines, the only downside is that in the Z32 engine bay there is no ------- room at all. 9.8hrs flat rate r&r 1 turbo, lol.
