I always thought the deffinition of a real street car was something that you could get inspected anywhere. Wheel tubs, cages and giant blowers a foot out of the hood is not a street car IMO.

I think PA law allows up to a 6" cowl or so. So most rednecks running around with a blower out the hood of their 85 iroc camaro are okay.
