3.1's suck. 96-2001 z24's are quite a bit quicker than the older 3.1 5spd z24's. Honestly, i've said it time and time again. 2.4 z24's are a drivers race with a 99-00 civic si, usually ending in the civic passing the z24 sometime after 100. advantage to the z24 in the 1/4 though. both cars run about 15.50-15.80@88-90. I actually ran a guy last month on the highway here with the 200k mile daily z24. Was a red 2000 civic si with intake/exhaust and we went from about 45 to 100 or so and he couldnt pass me when we shut down. He was powershifiting and cracking vtak mad hard in my ear yo. He pulled over got out and said "what the ---- is done to that?" I told him 200,000 miles and an intook that came with the car. I just love how stereotypical people are. b16 has what, 160hp/111ft/lb and some short *** gearing. z24 has 150hp/155ft/lb with the same short gearing. I also have respect for all cars or else I wouldn't be on this site. After the cavy, i'm building a teg. I love jeffrey's crx, beau's crx, leed's crx my buddy corey's crx. All done right. Unfortunetly, you fucked your car up. That is my closing thought.

my god this guy is the biggest ****** since Richard Simmons. He doesnt understand that most the people here appreciate cars in general and are not some homo Honda fanboys that cant see outside the jdm veil. you dont belong here. you dont even belong on HT. Get a rope.
