2007 Buick Regal Grand National GNX?

Re: 2007 Buick Regal Grand National GNX?
it looks a lot like the 2007 GTO sketches that are floating around in motortrend and whanot.
As for the holes, they are a classic buik styling cue. They throw them on a lot of their concept cars, but they rarely make it to production. They harken back to the exhaust ports on the buick carsa made way back when in the 20'e, etc.
I dont really like the styling. It doesnt look strong enough for me to consider it an evolution of what the Grand National was.
Completely off topic, I have been racing a ~600hp GN on GT4. Good car to have in the stable, and black on black is the ----.

Bah.
GM already copped out by snatching their australian branches Monaro and rebranding it for the US as the GTO. Now they want to re-rebrand the GTO as a GN? And the want to add another 6K to the price? Im all about global platform but this goes a little too far in terms of similar styling. If they keep it this way everyone will walk up to your GN and say "Man, I love the GTO in black."
