i thought of a few more things that are done to the car. LOL. CTR cams with oem cam gears. I dont know if slow said that or not. Skunk2 intakemanifold with a 64 mm throttle body port matched. The manifold and throttle body were done by Spaceballs on honda-tech. I also have total seal rings which for some reason everyone hates on those also. But 10,000 miles on the engine its holding up good. Its a factory rebuild to specs. With oem gsr rods and pistons. I don't know what else to say but my baby is a freak. I'm happy with it. I really need to turn it back to 4 psi though because she spins way to much on street tires its rediculous. Thanks for looking again guys. Oh I did about an hour of tuning on the car before we went to track. If I hardly go back 1 - 2 psi of boost i was getting 28 mpg. If we go in to 7 psi then bam she is ------- a pig on gas. Got alot more tuning to do but i dont think im going to fix that much. Also I'm wonding if im making alot of power and im going to max thoses dsm injectors out like that or will I be able to go to 10 psi on dsm injectors? I really need to get to a dyno.

yeah, you need to get to a dyno. the dsm's are good to a little over 300whp, which you really shouldn't even be close to running that low of boost. and that gas mileage is shitty even on 1-2 psi. i was getting about 32+ mpg on 13psi, even getting on it a lot, i would bet about 28-30 mpg

Im running 12.3-12.6 a/f in boost all the way across. Can I take away more fuel and be safe? I really need to tune partial throttle and idle because i got it sitting at 12.8 -13.4 all the way across except right before boost it hits 11.2- 10.4. But my laptop hasnt came back from dell yet and slow90hatch lives like 25 miles from me so I'm waiting to go apeshit on the tuning till next week with my laptop.

for a higher comp. b18c, i wouldn't be running that lean in boost, i would be running 12:1 at the leanest, and maybe even high 11's if you raise the boost over 7 psi. you're shitty fuel mileage is coming from the rich vacuum/part throttle maps, i usually tune my part throttle to about 13.5 at the very richest, and just cruising with a very light load, around 15:1. you're tip in to boost is pretty rich too, you want to be around 12.5 or 12:1 when first going in to boost. how much timing are you running?

im just used the ignition step retard on the stock gsr map for uberdata 1.8. It took alot of timing out. But like i said this is my like the 3rd turbo car that I've done now. But this is the only one that has belonged to me. So I'm going to spend a few weeks to tune it right. All suggestions are welcomed and greatly appreciated.

i know that partial throttle is where the gas mileage is at but like i said we hadnt had alot of time to tune it. I thought 28 want bad for the amount of time i spent tuning it. I was getting like 35+ with it all motor and running 13.5. You guys got to admit though she is crazy for 7 psi.

i didnt read all of this but just cuzz its holding up now dont mean anything. wait till there in house dust start to kick in and and them paper thin manifold pipes get a big hole or crack something you must have been smoking to buy that ----

o and for real no lie i bet your 1/2 inch thick flanges last a life time

I believe it.Ive seen cars with higher weight and smaller turboes trap in the 115 range on low boost.its all tuning and traction.

i think your guy's dyno's and 1/4 mile ---- is off. how do you dyno 243 on a "bone stock" LS motor then pull an 11.5? wtf... bone stock LS motors are like 120hp to the wheels. and stock even in a hatch would be in mid 13 oto mid 14 range. i don't believe your only running 7psi. the vid and pics are coo and show that ur fast. but i jus think ur forgetting to mention a few things. ill give you a gay honda-tech :: thumbs up ::
