Speeding (50 in a 25)... BULLSHIT... i was in 1st gear in a gsr tranny when he about pulled in front and cut me off an i almost smashed into him.

And Evan in his GTO:
Speeding... 35 in a 25.


WTF?!?!?!? we were side by side... the light turned green.. he peeled out, i just drove and did a blow off valve in 1st gear... Apparently that's drag racing... There was no one flaggin us to go, there was no finish line, and i was in FIRST GEAR... ok, maybe i sped... but no ------ drag racing.

Import gets put in hand cuffs... Domestic gets to sit in his nice warm car in comfort... Import gets charged w/ drag racing... domestic gets blamed for peeling out... WHAT THE ---- IS THAT BULLSHIT?!?!?!

How can i be the only one charged w/ drag racing??? You cant drag race yourself... ---- THAT ----...

Cuffing me, and makin me sit on the side of the road for a half hour freezin my balls off is IMPORT HARRASEMENT!!!! i should file a lawsuit.

Court date: 5/21/07. I have several witnesses to what ACCTUALLY happened, by cars that were behind me, and Evan driving his GTO to back me up in court. ---- this cop.

Here's the story:
I WAS going to race the 300zx and romp all over him cuz he barely pulled on Evan's GTO... when i pulled on him by CAR LENGTHS... But he bitched out cuz of his "gf" was tired... So evan an i go to the shell an get gas.
When we're leavin the shell, we go to the light to turn around~ Light turns green, He peels out, and i just do a little blow off valve past him in first gear.... And at the top of the hill comin towards us is a Statie... He goes to do a U turn in front of me violently and i almost about SMASH into him!!! what a ------ -------... Evan was on the right lane, i was on the left... So evan didn't see the cop, flicks me off, screamin out the window goin "YEAAAA BITCH" and goes onto the Onramp for Rt. 10... and i follow (very very far behind him...) cuz i was putting my seatbelt on while the female passenger was holding the steering wheel. Evan was way ahead of me... and i was just at the bottom of the ramp w/ the cop no where in sight... i was THIIIIIS close to punching it and loosing both Evan and the cop... but female was screaming not to. Peer pressure damnit.

That was before the cherry's flashed on... Obviously, not drag racing... OBVIOUSLY... But pigs see it differently.

So cruisin @ 60... Cop comes flyin up behind me, turns the lights on, goes AROUND me, and cuts me off... ALMOST RUNNIN ME OFF THE ROAD AGAIN!!!! ---- THIS CRAZY CRACKER ASS PIG WHO DOESN'T KNOW HOW TO ------ DRIVE AN AUTOMATIC FULLSIZE CAR TO SAVE HIS LIFE!!
so he cuts me off and gets behind Evan in the GTO whom i was following. So i go to the left around them both cuz they're pulling over... and as soon as i'm next to the cop, he jerks the ------ wheel towards me and ALMOST SMASHES ME AGAIN!!! I'M 3 inches from the barrier, and he's screamin at me to pull over to the other side! ------ confusing cops... So now he has us both pulled over. Evan's in back, then the cop, then i'm in front.

He comes up to the window, i say what's the problem officer?
The guy comes back SCREAMING>>> "Get out of the ------- car and give me your keys right now, Your getting arrested, we are impounding your car, and your never going to see it again!"

He tells me to put my hands on the wall, and slaps the cuffs on me... I'm dumbfounded and don't evan no what to say... so i start mouthing back...
"Officer, what are you talking about?!?! I wasn't street racing!!! Where was i street racing?!?!?!"

He says "It's a criminal offense in the state of rhode island, and you're never going to see your car again."

So i say "Officer, the car has been sold, the buyer hasn't picked the car up yet, it's technically not my car right now!!!"

he says "Do you have the bill of sale?"

I say, No, i sold it on Ebay, the buyer has a plane ticket and is coming tomorrow!

Cop: "Is the car registered to you?"

"Yes"

Cop: "What are you doing up here?"

"Leaving the Mall sir, My friend in that car (gto) and i were just going home, We weren't street racing!!!! I dont know what you saw, but that's bogus!!!"

"Thats up to us to decide... Where are you from?"

" (i state my town) "

"You ever been followed there?"

"what?!"

"Have you ever had the cops following you there"

"What are you talking about sir?"

"Have you ever had any trouble with the police in your town"

"... i pause thinking he's a dumbass with his lingo... "When i was 15, i was charged w/ vandalism? That's irrelevant to this officer, i wasn't streetracing, Give me a ticket for speeding, or wreckless driving, but i WAS NOT STREET RACING!! " (YES I'M yelling at him now)

he walks away, and i proceed to sit on the side of the road in cuffs for STREET RACING... while Evan in the gto sits in his car w/ the heat on while i'm shivering my ass off in cuffs killin my wrists.

guy in the honda is charged w/ drag/street racing.... How can someone ONLY race himself?!?!?! RETARDED...

So a half hour goes buy, and the guy comes back out and says... "Can your gf drive a stick"... (not my gf, but w/e)...

i say: "Absolutely sir" (tho she can't... she was gunna learn real quick)

so they go back to the car, and i'm still sittin out there freezing my ass off... HARRASEMENT YET?!?!?! why was i in cuffs? why was i on the side of the road for racing?
Why WASN'T evan in cuffs? why wasn't evan on the side of the road with me?!?!?!?! IMPORT HARRASEMENT NOW?!?!?!

So, i get all those ------ tags, and he gets me go for EVERYTHING except exhaust and "drag racing"

THE SPEEDING TICKET IS ------- BULLSHIT!!!!!!!!! He "radared" me at "60" he said, and wrote the ticket for 50... And he radared Evan @ 35...

WE WERE RIGHT NEXT TO EACH OTHER!!!!!!! WHAT THE ---- !?!?!?!??!

aND my front plate?!?! It was off because the car is sold... and the bracket was lost... i JUST registered the car and havn't gotten the bracket for it yet.

I didnt care... I was happy i wasn't going to jail, and my car wasn't getting impounded... I didnt get upset until after.

So Cliff notes... Light turns green, GTO peels out, Honda blips the gas and does a blow off valve in 1st gear (zero tire spin)... and almost gets creamed by a retarded Statie not knowin how to drive that almost cuts me off.... COp pulls both of us over... GTO gets speeding ticket, Honda gets FINED UP THE ------ -------... GTO driver sits in his car while Honda driver is put in cuffs and harrassed for 45 minutes on the side of the road.

Anything illegal about this???

Come court time, both evan and mines court dates (on different days), we are both goin in suits and ties w/ lawyers and suing the state for harrasement against me for driving an import and being treated unfair and being stereotyped as one of the STREET RACERS of providence! We're going to be witnesses to each other, and we also have more witnesses who were following us and right behind us.

Maybe it's because i had boots, jeans, a Black baseball cap, a Black sweatshirt, and a Black leather jacket on... He thought i looked like a badass trouble maker.... ---- THIS ----!!!!!!!!

I was in first gear at the stop light... the on ramp was just after the stop light genious...

after the cop saw us, we went on the onramp (where we were headin anyway, not tryint to loose him) He didnt turn his lights on till he was right behind us.

On the on-ramp, we sped up to 60mph ;) Careful what you read.

reminds me of california. I get pulled over everytime I was on the highway when I was stationed there. some gay ass offenses. modified exhaust, illegal swap, nitrous bottle connected, car too low, factory tint, driving in the car pool lane with only 2 people in the car, stereo too loud, 5mph over the limit. illegal display of speed.
I was in court every week, I won because I am not from cali and I was only stationed there, but I still had to pay $70 court fee everytime. needed to say I was in a car club, and I was the only import in it , so when we cruise, I get pulled out and ticketed. ------- GAY!! I hate that state.

There is no way I'm reading all that but if the GTO is gonna back you up in court you have a good chance of stuff getting dropped/reduced. Don't play the descriminationg/harrasement card, its all personal opinion. Base your case off of facts.

get a lawyer, plead not guilty. you'll get a speeding ticket.

i pled no contest to a similar type thing, and had to take a advanced defensive driver course and pay 400 in court fees. lets just say i was out of place in that class with all the people that had multiple DUI's and suspended liscences

Yeah, I don't think you stand a chance as far as IMPORT DISCRIMINATION goes, judge will just get a good laugh outta that ----. AND I hate to sound preachy, but it is easter Sunday, and YOU KNOW YOU HAD THAT COMING...I mean you were looking for a race, and be honest(remember, it's EASTER) if that state boy hadn't of come over that hill you would've stayed right in the gas...You knew when he cut you off the second time that he wanted you to pull over, you knew that the first time he swung it around and almost hit your car...You got to sit on the curb in cuffs in the cold because you tried to dip around and he had to almost cream you a THIRD TIME to get you to stop...If you would've tried that down here, you would've went to jail, I can guarantee you that, it would've been MORE MONEY in fines they could've put in their pockets and they would've had it documented on camera...I'm not against street racing or anything, but you gotta be smart about it, don't do it on a REAL PUBLIC street in the middle of town. RIDE OUTTA TOWN A COUPLE OF MILES on a street with less traffic. Sorry 'bout ya luck though...Ya live and ya learn...

The guy never had his lights on when he came out of no where over the double yellow line the first time and almost hit me... And no, we wern't racing at all... Our exit was 40 yards ahead of us... he was in the right hand lane, and was peelin out up the hill in his 370hp GTO... i wasn't racin~ NOR DID I TRY TO LOOSE HIM... I figured he turned around to get my friend that left a white smoke show at the light... He came past me, turned his lights on, CUT ME OFF to get behind Evan in the GTO... So I'm still thinkin "damn... hes gettin busted for peeling out"... So they're pulling off to the side of the road... so i keep driving, then WOAH! he's almost slammin the side of my car... practically side mirror to mirror...

Wasn't racing... I was at a ltraffic light... GTO peels out next to me and pulls ahead of me... therefore we are racing??? Noo.... Even still... if he left a smoke show... why did i get harrassed/!?!??!! it's ------ bullshit... i really hope they caught it on camera... It will prove everything.

Whatever... No one wants to hear a whiner... I'm done... i'm over it... Time to find a lawyer.

I was about to have a officer charged with harrisment and sue the police station who impounded my car and we had a realy good case. my lawyer told me we will win 100% but to be ready to be flaged and not able to drive my car 20ft without getting a ticket. she told me its better to just let it go and pay to fix my car.

got it back with smoking engine, riped apart interior, broken windows, and a whole bunch of other ----.

Id say fight the tickets and leave it alone

Mainly because cops country-wide are trying to crack down on aggressive drivers. Who the ---- wants to get pulled out and fined every other day for driving like a retard. Why was the Honda driver pulled violently from the car, put in cuffs and threatened with impounding the car, and arrest, and left to sit on the side of the ruckin road on the cold pavement in 20* weather freezing my ass off when the DOMESTIC owner w/ the GTO with loud ass ------- exhaust who did a burnout up the road and passed me got to sit in his nice warm car, while i sat in cuffs.?!?!?!!

There is nothing on my record, no tickets, no nothing... No reason for me to be pulled out and harrassed when the GTO driver got nothing... THAT IS UN FAIR... harrasement to an import, and stereotyping me as one of the street racers of that area. WE WERE COMING BACK FROM THE MALL... near the place where huyndreds of street racers go... I wa stereo typed and harrassed because of the name HONDA... The Pontiac GTO driver (my buddy, who we both explained we were together, driving home from the mall) got nothing, was not harrassed, and sat in his nice warm car. His exhaust is 10 times louder than mine!!!!

same thing happend to my freind we were 4 cars deep going on a cruz my freind in a mustang goes flying by a statie that was parked on the side of the road with all of his lights off ( which i thought to be illegal in RI ) i go flying by and my frieind in the eclipse right after me at about 75. we see his normal lights go on he pulles out my freind billy in his s.slow thousand is just cruzing in the back doing the speed limit cop pulles behind him so he signals over creeps past us looks at me the statie follows him 2 of them in the car nodd at me i nodd back he gets pulled for doing 65 in a 50 that is bull ---- b/c he works his ass off to drive a car they cant afford he is discrimated on. this is not there first time he has been pulled over b/c we do something dumb Bottom line is living in RI being young with a nice car is not the thing to do either your drug dealer or a spoiled brat who just speeds around and you get fucked.

Laws must be tough across the border. I've had friends get off plenty of tickets. Pleading guilty to stunting instead of street racing may be an idea. Or excessive acceleration or whatever its called.

I'd dress up nice and go to your court date. You don't need any money to do it(well to take the day off work, and to pay your fines).

i wasn't street racing... everyone is missing that point...
I was drivin up the road after the light turned green... My buddy in the GTO peeled out up the hill... Therefore making it look like i was racing and got my ass kicked by a muscle car... my bov went off, yes, i wasnt driving like a grandma... but if i hit boost, my tires would have been spinning... which they wern't...

GTO makes a smoke show... i'm following the GTO onto the onramp... and suddenly that's street racing??? i stayed in the same lane as him, and the cop goes around me to pull the GTO over... so they're pulling off, and i keep going... then he about slams me into the guard rail...

Regardless of him almost runnin me off the road... How does a GTO get away w/ a smoke show... and the Honda get charged up the ass.. Why was i put in cuffs for street racing??? if i was cuffed for streetracing, He should have been cuffed for street racing too... after all.. he was in front of me smokin tire, and had "won" if the cop did see it as street racing.

I DO NOT HAVE A CHARGE AGAINST ME FOR STREET RACING!!!! The cop "let me off" on that one... because he would have had to charge both of us.... How can u just charge one person for street racing? that would be ------ rediculous.

I've been told I went around a 90 degree turn at 50 mph. I'm not sure how I did it on bald (steel showing through) summer tires, but who knows, I was apparently legally drunk too. I think I was .086 and legal limit was .080, I don't remember, but I was barely over. He let my roommate drive home, and he was stumbling more than I was. But whatever.

Same here. My insurance just dropped down to $124/month and I'm stoked. In November it will drop quite a bit more and I'm really looking forward to having a clean record for the first time EVER. :y I drive like a retard OFF-ROAD to avoid ---- like this. If I do anything stupid on road I make sure it's not something that's going to ---- me over beyond a day in traffic school. 5-9mph over the speed limit is as far as I'm going. My Jeep is AWD and around 4000lbs so even when I do take off from a stoplight like a retard....you can't tell. :P

The whole point to this is that it IS HONDA harrassment. And the cops harrass Honda's b/c there are so many dunb ass KIDS out there ------- it up for the real honda owners. Its the kids with body kits thinking they are bad ass and tearing it up and down the streets. So cops target Honda's with even little mods thinking we are like all the rest of the dumb ass kids. That is prejiduce. It will never end. Whites were prejiduce agaisnt blacks, now its honda's, next it will be against other species from other planets. JUSt the human way. Im in Ca and it sux here... up in Stockton by Sacramento they are sitting on the side of the road waiting for hondas to drive by with a shiny chrome exhaust can and issuing tickets.
