Re:1/4 mile time

OK. I guess it depends on how good of a driver you are.
Check out www.dragtimes.com and pull up honda crx. One guy ran a 14.7 with a ZC I/H/E, and one guy with a SUPERCHARGED REX at 6psi ran like a 15.0. It has to be the driver. But I'm TELLING YOU, I ran a 14.9 on my D16A6 with I/H/E at a REAL TRACK. I will be more than happy to video it for you real soon. I'm currently working on a website where I'll have pictures of my turbo setup along with some video's of me at the track before turbo & after. My video camera is currently in Japan cause my sister is using it.. ah!

Re:1/4 mile time

anyone have an idea of what a 90 CRX Si with a d16z6 vtec head, cold air intake, cat-back exhaust, gutted cat, short shifter and a interior stripped from the firewall back-will pull in the 1/4?

Re:1/4 mile time

no

lol

pay $20, take ur car to a strip and run it!! that car would run a 18 flat. With my grandmother driving it, man it depends on the driver for most part.. but dont count on 12's or 13's!

It's not the driver.. There are A LOT of factors that can dictate things. A slipping clutch, tires, air temp, the tuning done with the mods that are there, track conditions, even how high above sea level you are plays a large part in how your car breathes.

So if he's in Arizona, with a supercharger at 6psi, and the goes to Montana, he's going to run faster. Same car, same driver... so, boasting about times is irrelavent.
