i am pressing down a 1 barrel org. carb. with a intercooler from a diesel jeep. my comp. is 7,8:1 (org.) gasket head gasket org. it mowes ok. Normal cars do not have a chance! (2,0 litre and so) much good stuff here greetings from norway

I think they use them only with numbers, not sure.

I wouldn't say expect insane horsepower but should be a good bit out of a 1.2

yeah. in europe its more about how small of an engine you got in your car that appeals to people. hell they still run dpfi in some cars.
