uhmm you may run lean with a 5:1 FMU get a 12:1 at least
PVC before the intercooler can melt(tip) ;)

It's a dutch plate..
Yes Most eg's over here are DPFI..like 65% of them ..the rest are 1.3 Carb's some With D16Z6's(Esi) and some with B16A2's(Vti) ... Only the EG coupe's have the D15B7 MPFI

real ---- bout the fmu, i heard jeff having probs with the 12:1 fmu at only 5 psi and ur usin the 5:1... that's badnews all over. n yeah wasup with the mani, is that the original mani from the volvo welded to a honda flange?

The manifold is a Ford Escort RSturbo... with a t3 flange on it... like it is stock on ford RST's.... but we wanted to fit a CRX manifold, so we took the flange off... when we put the CRX manifold with the turbo on it in the car... it wouldn't fit... se we welded the flange back on the RST manifold.

I have some more pics... they will follow...

Semnos, cuz i have a DPFI, i only have 2 injectors... and on WOT it's running more rich than stoich... so that seems to be okay. ;)
And the PVC is far away enough from the turbo to melt, i guess... if not... suckage. :D

I'm from Groesbeek, that's near Nijmegen/Arnhem... provence Gelderland.

Mattssi, compared to a n/a d15b2 it's ------- fast. Hell, it was i bit wet yesterday... i was running 'bout 30mp/h in 2nd... i hit the gas... and @ 'bout 4500 rpm I kept spinning till the revlimiter... never had that before... never...

And it used to max out @ 190km/h, now i touched the 210km/h and even had some gas left. :)

It's just a D16 CRX Flange with a Ford Escort RSturbo manifold. ;)
All we had to do is change port 1 and 4.... 2 and 3 lined out perfectly on the flange 8)

I still have to paint the manifold... than make a heatshield above it... takes some ghetto look away...

It really sucks at pick and pulls over here because all you ever find is carbed 1,3l and crappy dpfi's. I got lucky and bought an esi( or eg si) when I first arrived in europe, but later found out they sold vti's( kinda like sir, has a b16). But hey you work with what ya got right!

He had it on a D16Z6 with the same manifold.

Gonna get dpfi in some weeks... and change my return line... (to short in a turn, so it kills the flow a bit)... After this, i'll get some crome/uberdata with a SiR gaspump...

Afther that gonna change my downpipe... you know.... your car is never finished...

I've got a complete D16Z2 engine complete with the ECU for sale.
It has Mpfi and still is obd0.
I think you can swap it in without any hassle.
I it is in Liessel (brabant).

I did a mini-me on a D15B2 in 1992 EG8.
To get everything to work we had to convert it from OBD0 to OBD1.
This was DPFI also. The DPFI was only available in OBD0 if i'm not mistaken.

Yup..DPFI is OBD0...I posted my conversion about 1 and a half years ago on HMT...but there weren't a lot of or any Dutch folks on here except for me and DutchPug. That mani ain't that bad I had a 1st gen CRX 3 years ago and I used the stock manifold and made it into a top feed turbo mani ;D.
It was ghetto but hey...I had flanges made for it , but they came in to late so i just welded to the mani.
And I'm done doing MPFI swap for now...I've done too much of those and people calling me how to do it....is sometimes annoying.
I'm almost done with my car now..just put in a D16A9 in it with my old turbo setup.

We had to convert from OBD0 to OBD1 on my mini-me.
