actually steve practiced his welding skills a few times before the install.... he actually did a damn good job nothing leaked or blew off..

But i still have to say that damn lower IC pipe came out pretty sick.... ( i should start making some to sell) IF no one can have pics up by friday... call me steve so i can go out and buy a digicam and get some pics posted.... for these guys... oh yeah im doing a turbo install for a friend next weekend.. if anyone wants to come... ill post more info when i know for sure... its gonna be in westminster ca.

Everything is pretty much done just have to install it on the car and modify the chargepipes so it should be pretty kick back.

Well, I guess I'm a little late on the post?

Ok, the install took us all day and I was really happy with the quality of work all of us put into it. When everything is apart and being "rigged up" it's hard to think that anything is going to come out half decent. But it looks really nice. Running good on the afc at about 6 1/2 lbs. :P The car is completely stripped, so it was still enough to take out bambi on the third trip out.
Day after the install I had to work all day (yesterday). The seal on the top of one of the injectors started leaking and made a "mister" to keep the engine cool. fixed that.
Last night I came home from a long day of work having not checked in with the site since I left for the install. Came home and my fucken keyboard was fucked up and wouldn't work at all. Running late, ---- it gotta go to sleep. Woke up this morning at 430am for work and was happy that the *CAR WARMED UP SO FAST because it was cold out. On the way to work my dash started smoking and I noticed that my temp was at the hottest setting. Drove it to work after putting more water in it (because it had none). Worked all day, got in a argument with the boss because I had to drive 40 mins to pick up some wheels that were on order before 5pm. He pissed me off, I left, got the wheels, added more water to my slowly dripping radiator.
Tonight, went to autozone, spent $180 on a fucken radiator for a 92-95 civic (because everybody wants a short one so *THEIR SS BRAIDED WATER LINES DON'T WEAR A HOLE IN THIER ---- AFTER 2 DAYS) The short radiator didn't want to sit low enough to close the hood, got pissed off and parked my perfectly running turbo car because of a stupid fucken radiator. Came home to relax, check my 3 days worth of emails, put more people on hold, get more orders, try to find time to take care of everything, and here is my post. Right now I just have too many fucken things going on with new bullshit coming up everyday.
When I got in an argument with the boss today he got mad and said I could have tomarrow off, so I'm gonna go ahead and take him up on that.
Tomarrow I'm gonna go buy the right fucken radiator and say ---- all this half wrong radiator ----, do some shipping, call and argue with the boss about how he was "just playing" when he told me that, and try to relax my head. I've been putting too many things on my plate and pushing myself even more as I get into these things. I always seem to get everything done, but its alot on the mind.
Anyway, that's my post. A couple hundred on another radiator tomarrow and some shipping and we'll be ready for more. I'm gonna turn up the boost, turn down the stress, and go search for some victims.

CUSTOMERS- Most of you just ordered so your not worried about anything, but there are probably two of you that I'd like to say sorry for running a little behind. ---- happens, sometimes it's just random, and sometimes it's just life. I'm gonna try to get all orders out tomarrow.

extend the top mount of the rad so it tilts back a little. That way it will clear the hood.

i though you knew about the 92 civic radioators being a bitch to install. i think you have to hack off your cross member to get it to sit low enough. anyone done this ?

i know the feeling about having all kinds of ---- to do and not enough time to get to it. just take things easy and you'll be fine.

dont know if youre aware of the place but, its in the phone book as 1-800-radiator or something close.
you call the number tell the phone guy what you want and what area youre in and they tell you what place has it and set up the order for you, Ive picked up radiators from one in riverside near central. paid under $100 both times.
once for a 98 coupe and once for an ed.
brand new oem replacements, made by koyo I believe.
