All I see in those pics is a ---- load of rusty junk.

---- that.

mycrx 12-19-2006 10:42 AM

Re: $1,500,000 ebay auction

yea and to most people that "rusty junk" is classic parts that can hardly be found, and probably half them cars that are not running are worth more them most of ours.

Re: $1,500,000 ebay auction

So I get a junkyard for 1.5mil? Now thats a ------- deal!! ::)

You know how much money you would need to dump into each one of those pieces of ---- just to make it read worthy? I bet you could build ONE road worthy car out of all that junk.....and all for 1.5mil :y..... :1 :X

mycrx 12-19-2006 11:57 AM

Re: $1,500,000 ebay auction

old parts are worth alot more, especially rare ones, im sure you could make a killing off selling stuff, but it would be a waste of time especially if you werent like this guy who collected all this stuff.

BLUEHATCH 12-19-2006 01:16 PM

Re: $1,500,000 ebay auction

there is so much random ---- piled up all over the place, it would probably take couple of years just to sort throuhg all that junk, I say ---- THAT, for a mill and a half someone would buy themselves one big headache

ghettoturbo 12-19-2006 04:46 PM

Re: $1,500,000 ebay auction

it depends...if you/he actually know what is there and could somewhat organize it im sure you could easily make a big profit off it...the problem would be actually cataloging that ----

BigD 12-19-2006 05:40 PM

Re: $1,500,000 ebay auction

Yeah if it was all sorted out it would be a great deal. It would take forever and a day to sort it out now

Re: $1,500,000 ebay auction

I am suprised somebody like Foose or Coddington has not caught wind of this and purchased it. A number of you say that it is all junk and yes a lot of it needs major work, but there are soooo many parts that are rare and irreplaceable it is crazy. I would LOVE to be able to walk around that place. :y

fearsomedan 12-19-2006 06:49 PM

Re: $1,500,000 ebay auction

That place would almost be heaven for me except that its missing a couple of small things.
Import vehicles and turbos. What is a junkyard without turbos. I saw one door in the pics off a turbo trans am and that was is. WTF.

Re: $1,500,000 ebay auction

if only you could somehow title those cars then it'd be a ------' bargin. Sell those sumbitches to retired white guys that wanna build a hot rod.

HMTdmc 12-20-2006 03:30 AM

Re: $1,500,000 ebay auction

They made a mistake setting the auction so high. a low reserve would get the bidding going and he could possiblly make some money. It looks like most of those cars are to far gone to be worth good money.
