MY first turbo project in progress 05 Yamaha R1

This is my first turbo project that is still in the works. Ive been working on it for about a year or so just off and on when I get a few hours here and there to spend on it. I hope to have it done within the next couple months or so with the advise of some of the guru's on here. Starting with the exhaust manifold. Read more ยป

Misc. sections obtained from spare sets of stock headers laying around. Proving to be probably more hassle than it was worth to do it this way. Still considering another option for them.

PVC pipe was the perfect size to use to measure and mark the depth of the header ports on the sealing side.

where its at now. inlet and ports for the sensors not drilled yet, but it fits nicely on the bike. I've also made the gasket for it.
