it's spraypainted with spray cans. mat trenclad about 8 bottles, and about 4 bottles of the shinnier stuff. we just sanded the car down primered it, then painted it with mat paint.

only iffy part about it is it gets dirty quickly and it's patchy...

How is 10psi not fast? Whats your latest 1/4 mile time? oh thats right you just melt pistons.

Dont talk ----, if you dont know ----
Did you boost 11psi with stock internals? Is it possible to run a high 12 w/ a dohc w/ stock internals + good tuning + slicks + good driving?

yes, it's possible
And 11 psi isn't that much depending on which turbo you're using.
I ran 12 psi daily on my ZC hit 15 psi occansionally.
my D15 right now I ran 11 psi daily(with a T3/T4E 57 trim), it will be boosted again soon.

1st gens have no aftermarket suport, everything has to be custom made, the greddy d16 sohc kit fits, but that's a whole lot of money in one pop. alot of people stay away from these cars because there are no body kits and other goodies, but hell that's why i like first gens, they can't be riced out easy.

we are looking into a mugen wide body, original kit for these cars, the kit that's on the 87 mugen crx pro. a beautiful kit.

meh. it's a drag car, no passes yet, we are waiting for a better tune, it's running super conservatively rich. pulls like crazy though, stock clutch is gone in like 1000km of driving. plus i love the highway with this motor.

still would have liked a better spooling turbo, we used a t3 48 42 or something, so the spool is about 3750 to 4000 at 5psi. i think that also has to do with our restrictive 2 inch exhaust.

i think it probably has about 95% to do with it. go to 2.5" or install a cutout and i bet you'd see a nice difference.

i had nitrous for a year all together, first on my 4dr auto dx, then on my 00 civic 5spd ex. definatly fun, but it cost 50 bux when the tank got empty adn it was a bitch to have to turn on a valve when i wanted to go fast. going turbo now. moneys tight, but ill still pursue
