the ecu oil pressure reading does not affect the turbo oil pressure as long as you have the correct oil pressure going to the turbo. I would suggest that you install an aftermarket oil pressure gauge so you will know your oil pressure. I dont have any experience with the ecu you have, so I cant give you any info on that part. but it does not affect the turbo oil pressure.
