Default zc is nice but problems

all nice kinda pulls ok sounds ok w stock exhaust intake header & testpipe. but my problem is at startup. sometimes it likes to be a turd and not start. it is very interment. and everytime i start up it bogs at low rpm. is it the timing? it was not set after i did a t belt w pump. i left the dist alone

also im loosing coolant. the only way i can describe it is that i think the system is building up pressure bc everytime there is a little puddle underneath the rad every time i come back to the car and i have to keep filling the bitch up!!!. i know it is coming out of the overflow bc it is spraying allover the block and my new header. could it be the tstat or the rad cap or the rad. bc it(RAD) is kinda f-d up but passible. ive been working in a garage for 4 years and i have seen worse. i dont think it is the rad. i think it is the t stat. wass-up

. not more but. (long topic) what can i do to make it go faster and dependable. i wanna go b series and scrap the zc in the wifes car. but i dont think she wants to spend the money. whats a low cost budget for a turbo. i know FI kills the internals and i dont want a rebuild every year. what about 5-7 psi, how fast and how long will it last?

check your timing with a timing light from autozone(rented hehe)

sounds like a bad radiator to me, find where the leak is and thats the problem.

for the turbo spend money on fuel/spark management and it will last.. ie ghettodyne, zdyne or afc.
