I have yet to see one positive thing about ssautochrome's TURBO's or MANIFOLDS.

so if you want my $.02, i would not buy a ssautochrome kit. a wastegate or a bov, maybe, anything else, no.
junkyard you are the true cocky military guy, I MEAN HELL YOU RUN YOUR ---- WITH OUT A BOV

More SSAutoChrome...

Not that I am biased or anything, as I do not yet sell turbochargers. But given the huge volume of negative publicity that SSAutoChrome has received both here and on HondaTech, why would anyone even consider buying their products? It baffles me. Yes, there is something to be said for doing something in the least expensive manner, it's what we are about here at HMT. But to knowingly throw your money away on their products is just ignorant.

If you have the money to buy something new, then buy quality. It's only a few more dollars, and it will last a lot longer than that bargain basement glued-together product, or that thin walled manifold that will fall apart well after you gave the ******** positive feedback. (I'll bet that a large percentage of his customers from a year ago, would love the opportunity to provide feedback on his product now. There would be a few more negatives, and a lot better service I bet.)

SSAutoChrome feeds off of the uninformed buyer. The buyer who has not spent the time on the forums, but stopped off at eBay first, and made an impulse buy because of the price. A year from now, that guy will have learned a lesson and moved on to a better seller/product, and there will be a new buyer to take his place.

Most of us are running used turbos that are 10-20 years old, that is a fine example of quality. Having your product fall apart after a year, is a fine example of commiting crime.

Rant Done.

I havent seen any other manifold ever do that.

I havent been in the "turbo world" as long as some of these other people have, but one thing is known...to stay away from ssautochrome manifolds and turbos.

you will hear no more from me. good for you running your high 11's. its funny because most people would have bragged about getting kicked out of the track for being to fast (with no cage) than a SSAC kit.

again, and as I have said before...well, craig took the words out of my mouth, he just said it a littlle better.

SSautochrome sucks. Period.

Your wonderful SSauto kit might have ran one good run, but give it time. That shitty manifold will crack and that shitty no-name turbo will sieze. It's all ---- and I know you're going to be too proud to post about it and admit it when that ---- breaks, but whatever. You can be all gung-ho about your $500 turbo kit for now. Just wait..........

DO NOT BUY SSAUTOCHROME PRODUCTS
You're supporting a never ending supply of shitty products. The more ---- you buy from him, the longer he will be selling these fucked up parts to innocent people who don't know any better.

Why? because everyone knows they are crap?

No man really, like I said before, if these are new manifolds stronger than the firsts, great deal, awesome finally good quality, but because he has been selling crap for like 2 years, it's kinda hard to believe it.

Your car is bad ***, it is quick as hell, it's just weird the way you are defending them. Hopefully it will last longer, if it does, keep us posted, I'm sure a lot of people will gladly buy his products, manifolds, if they are better.

What I don't understand...

Is why is there not a sticky that says SSAC sucks, don't buy them, bad quality. ---- like that, or when you sign up why dosn't it say SSAC Sucks, and don't post gay ****.

I give props to SSAC though, not because they make a good product (because they don't) but because he's making a ------- KILLING selling that garbage on eBay. Let's face it, somebody wants to turbocharge their slow car that nobody makes performance parts for..they get on eBay to find a turbo kit made specifically for their car, and for $500! Wow, sounds great..so they buy it, install it, it breaks....then they buy better stuff or repeatedly send the stuff back to SSAC for a replacement(it does carry a lifetime warranty right?).

Ive heard all the rumors about SSAC manifolds, and then saw them being sold on ebay with braces. So id imagine after a turbo falling apart theyd try to fix it. I might buy a used T3, but what says that is better then a new SSAC? The used one actually has wear and the SSAC doesnt :confused.

OBX/SSAC exahust mani
