i wuz wondering wut head gasket to use for a d16 with vtec head for boost do i get a 90 crx head gasket or do i get a 92 95single vtec head gasket

The Z6 head gasket is better, but more expensive. I've used the cheap *** $20 non VTEC gaskets plenty of times with no problems. Don't forget the copper spray.

Did you read any of that? Not just any D16 head gasket, you want the D16Z6(or maybe D16Y8?) gasket.

aight so when i go to auto parts store wut car info do i give them and its gatta be a metal one to and i dont know wut is the diff between d16zc or d16y8

Tell them you need a head gasket for a 1995 Honda Civic EX with a 1.6 V-Tack! SOHC and they shall grace you with a metal head gasket.

thats wut i was asking and thats the best head gasket i should use right

 

ask for both a 95 and 96 ex and compare the two.
donald and i are both using the y8 gasket.
he's running the d16z6 and me the d15b8/d16z6.

 

alright thanks should i double the head gasket or just single and copper it
