may be real bad clutch slippage. does it rev super fast when the power fades?

It's your timing. It's too retarded. That's why it's faster when cold-- b/c your computer advances timing even more when cold.. advance it a degree or two.

no the clutch is not sleeping. the car just pulls hard as ---- then seems to die. but it's still holding boost. i was thinking about the timing. i'm gonna check that out.
