Default WRX stock WG setting ???

what is the stock wastegate setting on a WRX ? I know they run a boost solinoid to increase the boost, but what should the turbo stop at without the solinoid ?

I'm getting a weird spool-up.. touch the gas in ANYWAY other than "cruising" and it jumps to 4-6psi SUPER FAST. But if I try to hold the pedal down though the whole RPM band it will start to increase till 10-11psi then stop. 9/10 times it will throw the Map sensor code, so I'd like to run about 9 1/2psi daily.

Different boost levels at different RPMS at WOT.

Like.. 5-6psi at 2000-3600rpms, then at 3600rpms it will start raising to 10-11psi. Its like boost creep, but it stops at 10-11psi around 4300rpms.

stock actuator should be 8psi and you should lose 1-2psi through your fmic. doesn't make sense why it's boosting more.
